Post Production Manager | Post Production Coordinator
During my time at Skillshare, I progressed from Post Production Coordinator to Post Production Manager, supporting educational video content, social campaigns, live learning experiences, and user acquisition initiatives. My work focused on building and managing post-production schedules, streamlining workflows, coordinating stakeholders, and overseeing content pipelines to ensure efficient delivery across both production and marketing teams.
A core part of my role at Skillshare focused on building and maintaining the systems that supported post-production at scale. Using Airtable and other workflow tools, I managed production tracking, post schedules, asset organization, review pipelines, and delivery timelines across educational content, social campaigns, and live learning initiatives. These systems improved visibility across teams, streamlined communication, and helped keep projects aligned from kickoff through final delivery.

Organized assets and metadata across internal teams and external editors
Coordinated review pipelines, approvals, and revisions through Frame.io and cloud-based systems
Streamlined workflow communication between production, marketing, and post teams
Managed content delivery timelines to support publishing and launch schedules
Managed post-production and delivery for educational classes featuring creators, entrepreneurs, and industry-recognized talent across multiple verticals. Workflow & Operations
Live Learning & Multi-platform Strategy
As part of Skillshare’s live learning initiatives, I supported multi-camera educational livestreams during the evolution of our live production workflows—from manually capturing and monitoring multiple live feed angles across separate systems to later utilizing centralized streaming tools like Restream and OBS. I was responsible for organizing media assets, coordinating the transfer of footage between internal teams and contracted editors, and supporting post-production workflows to ensure each session was properly edited, reviewed & approved, published, and archived for future use.
Key Responsibilities
Managed live multi-angle stream capture across 2–5 camera feeds during educational sessions
Monitored and recorded individual stream angles across multiple systems for post-production use
Organized live media assets and maintained structured delivery pipelines

Reality Competition Web Series
My thesis project served as an opportunity to independently lead a production from concept through completion applying the skills I developed throughout my video production intern experience and post-production education. This project strengthened my abilities in planning, storytelling, production management, editing, and creative problem-solving while working within real-world production constraints.
